Hassle Free 14 day Retun Policy
- Unused items, with all of the original tags intact must be post marked within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund of the item cost. Items returned without original tags attached may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- You must follow the steps below before returning an order. A Return address will be emailed to you within 24hrs of the Return Request being submitted.
To Return a Purchase
1. Sign In to your account: Account Sign-in using the email address that you used when you made your purchase.
2. Click the link entitled need to return this product next to the product on your account page.
3. Add your comments on why you are returning the product and choose "exchange" , "refund" , or "Store Credit" from the options. If you would like an exchange, include details in the comments.
4. You will then be shown a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Within 24 hrs you will receive an email with specific instructions on where and how to ship the return item.
Refund requests - will be processed within 72hrs of the item being received. Refunds will be made in the full amount of price paid for the returned item. Credit card refunds will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase.
Exchange requests - you must indicate the item, size and color (if applicable) in the comments with your return request. We will place a new order on your behalf and ship it to you at no cost as soon as we receive your returned item. If the value of the exchange item differs from the returned item please indicate how you would like to handle the difference (refund or additional charges).
